By creating an account or using Nice2CU, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nice2CU. By registering, you confirm you are 18 or over and that the information you provide is accurate.

Every member must complete identity and age verification before interacting with others. You agree to provide truthful information and genuine photos of yourself. Creating a fake, impersonated, or fraudulent profile is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.

• Do not harass, threaten, or abuse any member.
• Do not solicit or request money, gifts, or financial details from any member.
• Do not impersonate another person or use someone else’s identity.
• Do not post illegal, sexual, violent, or hateful content.
• Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute member data or photos.
• Do not use automated bots or scripts to access the platform.

For everyone’s protection, you must not ask another member to send money, gift cards, or financial information, and you must not pressure anyone to leave the platform. Genuine relationships on Nice2CU stay within our community guidelines. Please read our Safety & Trust guidance before meeting anyone in person.

To keep the community active and engaging, Nice2CU may include AI-assisted companion profiles. These are clearly part of the experience to support conversation and are held to the same conduct standards. We are committed to transparency — if you are unsure whether a profile is AI-assisted, you may contact support.

Women join Nice2CU free. Men start with a free account and may upgrade to a paid plan to unlock messaging. Paid plans are billed through our secure payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

You own the content you upload (photos, videos, messages). You grant Nice2CU a limited licence to display it within the service so other members can see your profile and messages. You confirm you have the right to share anything you upload.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms, threaten member safety, or are fraudulent — with or without notice.

Nice2CU is provided “as is”. While we verify identity to reduce risk, we cannot guarantee the conduct of every member. You use the service at your own risk and are responsible for your interactions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except where local consumer law gives you a right to use your local courts.

We may update these Terms as the service grows. We will note the date above and notify members of significant changes.
